4.2 Full Refund. A full refund of any advance payment will be issued if PixelVisionWorks fails to deliver the agreed scope of work within 30 days of the agreed deadline, provided the delay is not caused by the client.

4.3 Partial Refund. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, a partial refund will be issued for undelivered milestones. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work not yet completed.

4.4 Non-Refundable. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. Setup fees, domain registration costs, and third-party license fees are non-refundable once incurred.

4.5 Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant milestone delivery. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4.6 Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
